Job Summary
Under the direction of the Manager, Rehabilitation Services, perform diversified duties within the Rehabilitation team and support the Rehabilitation Program. Provide direction to assigned staff to meet department objectives and formulate, implement, and monitor goals for assigned areas of responsibility. Coordinate daily department workflow with all team members and other team leaders to ensure safe, effective, and efficient work processing. Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in a Rehab discipline, five years of related experience, and a current Massachusetts license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Audiology. Includes a 40-hour day shift with remote on-call rotation for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in a Rehab discipline such as PT, OT, SLP or Audiology
- A minimum of five years of related work experience
- Basic working knowledge of the use of a PC
- CPR certification
- Current Massachusetts License in the individual area of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Audiology
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
