Job Summary
Lead early childhood programming for toddlers through school-age children at the newly renovated Long Branch location. Create and maintain art-oriented learning environments using Emergent Curriculum planning with ELECT and "How Does Learning Happen?" frameworks. Mentor staff and make autonomous decisions on team programming while fostering social skill development. Maintain good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators and hold valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C/AED certification. Requires five years of RECE group setting experience, Ministry of Education credentials, and fluency in English.
