Team Lead – Recruitment (US Consulting/ US Staffing)

Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters to meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets while conducting performance reviews and setting KPIs. Drive end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles across W2, C2C, and 1099 models by working directly on client and MSP/VMS requirements, validating profiles, and negotiating rates. Provide training on sourcing, screening, and submission quality, monitor the job pipeline, and assign roles to ensure optimal workload distribution. Resolve escalations related to candidate quality or documentation and collaborate with Account Managers and Leadership to prioritize urgent roles via daily huddles and delivery calls.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in US IT Staffing
- 1–2+ years in a Team Lead or Senior Recruiter role
- Hands-on leader who actively makes calls and works on live positions
- Proactive personality with a strong 'Can Do' attitude
- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients and direct clients
- Proficiency with portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
