Job Summary
Lead and direct department associates to execute merchandising directives, inventory control, pricing, stocking, and customer service while achieving department sales, gross margin, and payroll goals. Duties include staffing with service-oriented associates, participating in interviewing and training, preparing work schedules, promoting positive customer relations, maintaining plan-o-grams and UPC integrity, coordinating special events, coaching and motivating the team, and delivering a legendary customer experience through product knowledge and customer needs analysis. Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems, plus strong interpersonal and presentation skills, are essential for maximizing store performance and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
