Team Lead - Receiving oversees daily direction of department staff in a Bass Pro Shops retail setting, coordinating merchandising, inventory control, pricing, stocking, and customer service. Responsibilities include executing merchandising directives, maintaining plan-o-grams, staff recruitment and training in collaboration with GSM/DM and HR, preparing schedules, coaching and motivating team members, resolving customer and associate issues, maintaining product knowledge, and coordinating special events. The role emphasizes achieving departmental sales, gross margin, inventory accuracy, and payroll goals, with responsibilities for staffing, performance feedback, and ensuring a positive, service-oriented customer experience. Requires eligibility to obtain a Retail Dealers Employee License (Pink Card) to handle firearms and ammunition; starting pay range is $21.00 to $23.75 per hour.
