Job Summary
Execute restaurant operations in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager by maintaining brand image, cleanliness, and maintenance standards. Deliver excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Train internal candidates for Shift Lead positions, assist in employee development, and analyze operational and financial performance using management tools. Monitor costs, adhere to budgets, and identify trends to drive profitable sales growth. Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure positive resolution. Complete Shift Lead training classes and maintain ServSafe certification where required. Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, sometimes exceeding eight hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- 6+ months of restaurant operations experience
- Must complete Shift Lead training classes
- ServSafe certified (in certain states)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Spanish comprehension (helpful)
- Fundamental reading skills
- Fundamental writing skills
- Fundamental math skills
- Computer/POS skills
- Access to adequate transportation
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and/or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate/access equipment at standard heights while walking or standing during entire shift
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, sometimes exceeding beyond eight hours, based on operating hours
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
