Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations in partnership with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Train, develop, and coach team members to ensure a guest-centric culture, excellent guest service, and high food quality while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify internal candidates for Team Leader positions, maintain brand image through cleanliness and service, manage daily activities to meet operational and financial goals, monitor costs, and collaborate with the manager to analyze performance using management information tools. Act as an ambassador of QDOBA and drive continuous improvement in guest experience and operational excellence.
