Job Summary
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications, coordinate scheduling with hiring managers, and build a pipeline of candidates for future openings. Extend job offers and negotiate terms while maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the US market
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the US
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
