Team Lead QA Automation (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Lead the QA Automation team for Turbomed by defining end-to-end test automation strategies across unit, integration, system, stress, and performance layers. Establish shift-left, automation-first, and risk-based testing approaches while hands-on designing scalable frameworks, harnesses, and CI/CD pipelines that evolve with product complexity. Drive AI-native test automation by integrating Claude Code and AI agents for test generation, maintenance, and triage, creating reusable skills and workflows for the team. Mentor QA engineers to raise technical standards and contribute expertise to the AIS DE QA community. Report to Engineering and Product Management to ensure delivery and quality commitments. Requires 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, with mobile work flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in der Testautomatisierung mit hoher technischer Credibility und der Fähigkeit, ein Senior-Team fachlich wie persönlich zu entwickeln
- Hervorragender Hochschulabschluss (vorzugsweise Master) in Informatik, Software Engineering, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang mit sehr guten Leistungen
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit mehrschichtigen Testframeworks, CI/CD, Last- und Performance-Tests sowie starke Programmier-Skills in mindestens einer Sprache wie C#, Java, Python oder TypeScript
- Erfahrung in Security- und Penetration-Testing
- Fließendes Deutsch und fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse des Turbomed-Stacks (Qt, .NET, MariaDB, Gematik TI)
- Nachweislich effektiver Einsatz von AI im QA-Umfeld, bevorzugt mit Claude Code oder ähnlichen agentischen Tools (Agents, Skills, Workflows) sowie Erfahrung im Design von AI-Pipelines, Test-Harnesses und Context Engineering
