Job Summary
Tecovas PT Team Lead in Edina, MN, leading store activities and delivering an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. Responsibilities include greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, stockroom organization, receiving shipments, monitoring in-transit shipments, loss-prevention through cycle counts and transfers, staff education and training, and maintaining the building facilities. Requires high school diploma, 18+ years, ability to stand/walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and 15-20 hours/week with weekend availability. Part-time role with hourly pay between $18 and $22, based on skills and experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
