Job Summary
Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, service, and cost objectives by coordinating activities across shifts and teams to maintain efficient production flow. Monitor operational performance metrics and adjust plans, staffing, or work methods as needed to meet targets. Partner with Maintenance and Reliability teams to coordinate equipment downtime and prioritize repairs, while supporting root cause analysis for recurring issues. Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and safety standards, and collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a high-performing team environment focused on accountability and operational excellence. This role requires 3+ years of manufacturing experience and is available in 2nd and 3rd shifts only.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing, production, operations, or related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading work teams, coordinating production activities, or serving in a manufacturing lead role
- Demonstrated problem-solving and continuous improvement experience using operational data and performance metrics
- Experience working cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, engineering, and planning teams
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent manufacturing training
