Team Lead Production / Schwerpunkt Mechanik (m/w/d)

Lead a workshop team of approximately 50 people, ensuring department goal achievement through active involvement in new employee selection and team development. Provide technical guidance for repairs, maintenance, and inspections while creating damage diagnoses and participating in the introduction of new repair methods. Independently identify improvement potentials in workshop organization and workspace design. Conduct internal quality controls and support work safety and security initiatives. Plan and steer vehicles through the entire process. Requires a completed automotive technician training with Meister certification, multiple years of leadership experience, strong technical and manual skills, and excellent German and English proficiency.
