Job Summary
Lead daily product sales operations at a ski-resort environment, supervise product sales team, assist with hiring and training, monitor teammate performance and provide feedback, handle guest questions and complaints, and maintain knowledge of resort products, policies, and operations. Coordinate with other departments, oversee opening/closing procedures and scheduling, monitor facilities and inventory, and ensure service standards across the guest experience.
Required Qualifications
