Job Summary
Lead a team of Product Grading Associates in a warehouse setting, overseeing daily item-processing quotas, coaching and disciplining staff, participating in hiring and training, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. Responsibilities include scanning barcodes with a smartphone, inspecting items, describing conditions, photographing items for records, attaching SKU labels, maintaining organized workspaces, and communicating effectively with supervisors. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate scanning technology and follow established procedures to maximize productivity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate a smartphone and scan barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and item documentation.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
