Job Summary
Team Lead – Product Grading leads a warehouse team responsible for efficient inventory processing and team performance. Responsibilities include assisting with hiring, training, and disciplinary actions, answering team questions, motivating staff to meet daily item-processing quotas, scanning barcodes with a smartphone, opening boxes, describing item conditions, taking photos for documentation, attaching SKU labels, ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining an organized workspace, following procedures to maximize productivity, and communicating with supervisors about discrepancies. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, ability to operate a smartphone, and physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work at a fast pace. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to operate a smartphone and scan barcodes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and item documentation
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
