Job Summary
Team Lead, UX Design for Domino’s Global Store Digital Products. Lead product design for enterprise-scale tools and administrative platforms, driving end-to-end UX strategy, evolving design systems, and ensuring usable, scalable experiences. Mentor and support designers, represent design in planning and decision-making, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and adherence to user-centered solutions, and maintain clear design documentation to support implementation and long-term product evolution. Stay current with industry trends to improve product quality and experience strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in UX design, graphic design, computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in medium to large scale system implementation efforts using multiple SDLC methodologies (e.g. Agile, RUP, Waterfall)
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with modern web and mobile design patterns
- Strong communication and leadership skills; proven track record building and leading a design team
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, marketing, and operations to deliver complex enterprise-scale products
- Experience in creating and maintaining design documentation, interaction logic, and constraints
- Experience with Android/Material Design principles; HTML5 and CSS3 a plus
- Experience in applying UX patterns across web and app platforms
- Ability to mentor and develop other designers and drive a culture of design excellence
