Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experiences by training and developing staff. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, processing check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and providing gym tours. Facilitate member service issues, maintain cleanliness, and support marketing efforts while tracking inventory and supplies. Assist the Club Manager with team management and ensure adherence to all company policies. Maintain a positive club image through strong communication and problem-solving skills.
