Job Summary
Assist in training and developing staff while overseeing member service to ensure positive experiences. Manage front desk operations including answering calls, processing check-ins and sign-ups, and providing gym tours. Support the Club Manager with team management, marketing promotion training, and inventory tracking. Maintain gym cleanliness and adhere to all company policies. This role requires standing and walking 75% of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
