Team Lead

Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience by assisting in staff training and developing team members. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, processing member check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations, while providing gym tours to potential members. Facilitate member service issues, maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility, and support marketing efforts by ensuring staff are trained on current promotions. Track inventory, order supplies, and monitor reports. Provide backup support to the Club Manager as needed while ensuring adherence to all company policies. Maintain a positive club image through strong communication and customer service interactions.
