Team Lead

Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience by training and developing staff. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, processing check-ins and cancellations, and providing gym tours to potential members. Facilitate member service issues, assist with team member management, and provide backup support to the Club Manager. Ensure adherence to company policies, maintain cleanliness, and manage marketing efforts and supply inventory. Communicate effectively with customers and team members while solving problems diplomatically. This role requires standing and walking 75% of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
