Job Summary
Lead gym team to ensure a positive member experience, assist in training and developing staff, oversee front desk tasks and member service, conduct member check-ins, sign-ups and account updates, provide gym tours to potential members, support marketing promotions and inventory management, and back up the Club Manager. Focus on delivering excellent customer service, effective communication, problem-solving, diplomacy, and maintaining the club’s positive image while ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining cleanliness and appearance.
Required Qualifications
