Job Summary
Team Lead role overseeing gym operations with responsibilities including training and developing staff, ensuring a positive member experience, performing front desk duties (phone inquiries, information calls, member sign-ups/check-ins/cancellations, updating member accounts), conducting tours for potential members, addressing member service issues, supporting Club Manager, enforcing policies, maintaining a positive club image, overseeing cleanliness and appearance, and assisting in marketing efforts and inventory management.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
