Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience. Assist in training and developing staff; oversee member service to ensure great customer experience; perform front desk tasks (answering calls, taking info calls, member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, updating accounts); conduct gym tours and meet potential members; facilitate member service issues; provide backup support to Club Manager; ensure adherence to company policies; help maintain a positive club image; assist with cleanliness, appearance, and inventory; support marketing efforts and communicate current promotions; assist in ordering supplies and tracking reports; demonstrate strong customer service, communication, problem solving, diplomacy, and leadership skills. Essential behavior emphasizes customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and clear communication. Minimum qualifications include honesty, customer service, communication/organizational/leadership skills, and basic computer proficiency.
