Job Summary
Assist in training and developing staff while overseeing gym operations to ensure positive member experiences. Manage front desk tasks including answering phone calls, processing member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and providing gym tours. Facilitate member service issues, support the Club Manager with team management, and maintain adherence to company policies. Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the gym, manage marketing promotions, and handle supply ordering and inventory tracking. Stand and walk 75% of the shift with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
