Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experiences by training and developing staff while managing front desk tasks such as answering calls, processing member check-ins, and providing gym tours. Facilitate member service issues, maintain club cleanliness, and support marketing efforts by ensuring team awareness of promotions. Manage inventory, track reports, and assist the Club Manager with team member management and supply ordering. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures while upholding a positive club image.
