Job Summary
Team Lead to assist in gym operations and member experience oversight, including training staff, front desk duties, member check-ins/signup/cancellations, tours for potential members, resolving member-service issues, and supporting the Club Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to policies, maintaining a positive club image, assisting with marketing promotions, inventory and supplies, and providing backup support to management. Requires strong customer service, communication, organizational and leadership abilities, and ability to perform front desk tasks and basic administrative duties.
Required Qualifications
