Team Lead

Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience by training and developing staff while providing backup support to the Club Manager. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, taking info calls, processing member check-ins and cancellations, and guiding potential members through gym tours. Facilitate member service issues, maintain cleanliness and appearance standards, and assist with marketing efforts and supply inventory. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures while communicating effectively with team members and the public.
