Job Summary
Assist in oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience. Assist in training and developing staff, supervise member service at front desk, handle member check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations, provide gym tours to potential members, address member service issues, support club manager, assist with team member management, reinforce company policies, promote a positive club image, supervise cleanliness and appearance, and assist in managing marketing promotions and inventory. Emphasizes customer service, communication, problem solving, diplomacy, and teamwork to deliver exceptional member experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
