Team Lead

Team Lead at a gym responsible for assisting in overseeing operations to ensure a positive member experience. Core duties include training and developing staff, overseeing front desk activities (phone handling, member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts), giving gym tours to potential members, and ensuring excellent customer service. Involved in managing member services issues, providing backup support to the Club Manager, supporting marketing/promotion initiatives, maintaining cleanliness and appearance, ordering supplies, inventory tracking, and generating reports. Strong emphasis on teamwork, leadership, communication, problem-solving, diplomacy, and adherence to company policies.
