Team Lead

Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience by training and developing staff. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, processing check-ins and cancellations, and guiding potential members through gym tours. Facilitate member service issues, maintain club cleanliness, and support marketing efforts by ensuring team awareness of promotions. Assist with supply ordering, inventory tracking, and reporting while providing backup to the Club Manager. Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures. Maintain a positive club image and communicate effectively with team members and the public.
