Job Summary
Team Lead at Planet Fitness overseeing gym operations and delivering an excellent member experience. Responsibilities include assisting in staff training and development, supervising front desk tasks (phone inquiries, information calls, member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts), giving gym tours to potential members, facilitating member service issue resolution, supporting team member management and backing up the Club Manager, ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining positive club image and cleanliness, and assisting with marketing efforts and inventory/reports.
