Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience by training and developing staff. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, processing check-ins and cancellations, and providing gym tours. Facilitate member service issues, maintain cleanliness, and support marketing efforts by ensuring team awareness of promotions. Assist the Club Manager with team management, supply ordering, and inventory tracking while adhering to all company policies. Maintain a positive club image through strong communication and customer service interactions.
