Team Lead

Assist in training and developing staff while overseeing gym operations to ensure positive member experience. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, processing check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations, and providing gym tours to potential members. Facilitate member service issues, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Support team member management and provide backup to the Club Manager as needed. Oversee marketing efforts by ensuring staff awareness of current promotions and manage supply ordering and inventory tracking.
