Team Lead

Oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience, including training and developing staff. Manage front desk tasks such as answering calls, processing check-ins and cancellations, and providing gym tours. Support team member management and backup the Club Manager while maintaining adherence to company policies. Ensure cleanliness, manage marketing promotions, and handle supply ordering and inventory tracking. Maintain a positive club image through strong customer service and communication.
