Job Summary
Assist in the oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, managing front desk tasks (answering calls, member sign-ups/check-ins/cancellations, updating member information), giving gym tours to potential members, facilitating member service issues, supporting Club Manager, ensuring policy adherence, promoting a positive club image, assisting with cleanliness and appearance, and aiding in marketing efforts, inventory, and reporting as needed. Requires strong customer service, leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus basic computer proficiency and physical ability to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
