Job Summary
Oversee gym operations and assist in training staff to ensure an exceptional member experience. Manage front desk tasks including answering phones, handling information calls, processing member check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations, and updating member accounts. Welcome potential members, provide gym tours, and facilitate member service issues. Support club management with team mentorship, policy adherence, maintaining a positive club image, overseeing cleanliness, and assisting with marketing initiatives. Responsible for inventory and supplies, and generating/maintaining reports as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
