Job Summary
Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experiences by assisting in staff training and development. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, processing member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and providing gym tours. Facilitate member service issues, support the Club Manager with team management and marketing efforts, and maintain inventory and supplies. Ensure adherence to company policies, uphold the club's image, and oversee cleanliness standards. Standing and walking 75% of the shift with the ability to lift 50 lbs. Full-time, non-exempt role with comprehensive benefits including free membership and health insurance.
Required Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
