Job Summary
Oversee gym operations and assist in training and developing staff to ensure a positive member experience. Manage front desk tasks including answering phones, handling member sign-ins, cancellations, and updating accounts; conduct gym tours for potential members; resolve member service issues; provide backup support to the Club Manager; ensure adherence to company policies; maintain a positive club image; assist with cleanliness and appearance of the gym; support marketing promotions and inventory management; imply leadership and training to staff to sustain high standards of customer service.
