Job Summary
Oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience, including training and developing staff. Manage front desk tasks such as answering calls, processing member check-ins and cancellations, and providing tours to potential members. Facilitate member service issues, assist with team management and backup support to the Club Manager, and ensure adherence to company policies. Maintain a positive club image, oversee cleanliness, manage marketing promotions, and handle supply ordering and inventory tracking. Full-time non-exempt role requiring standing and walking 75% of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
