Job Summary
Oversee gym operations by training staff, managing member service, and handling front desk tasks such as phone calls, check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and member tours. Facilitate member service issues, manage marketing promotions, order supplies, and maintain inventory while ensuring adherence to company policies. Provide backup support to the Club Manager and assist in maintaining cleanliness and the club's positive image.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
