Job Summary
Assist in training and developing staff; oversee front desk operations to ensure excellent member experience; conduct gym tours; handle member check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations; manage inquiries and service issues; support Club Manager with team coordination, inventory, and marketing promotions; ensure adherence to company policies; contribute to a positive club image and maintain cleanliness; guide and train staff on current promotions and operate inventory/tracking reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
