Job Summary
Assist in training and developing staff while overseeing member service to ensure great customer experiences. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, processing check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations, and facilitate member service issues. Provide gym tours to potential members and assist with team management, backup support to the Club Manager, and adherence to company policies. Oversee cleanliness, manage marketing efforts, and handle supply ordering and inventory tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
