Job Summary
Assist in training and developing staff while overseeing member service to ensure positive experiences. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, processing check-ins and cancellations, and providing gym tours to potential members. Facilitate member service issues, support the Club Manager, and maintain adherence to company policies. Oversee cleanliness, manage marketing efforts, and handle supply ordering and inventory tracking. Ensure all team members are trained on current promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
