Job Summary
Oversee gym operations by training and developing staff while managing member service, check-ins, and account updates. Handle front desk tasks including phone inquiries, member tours, and supply inventory. Facilitate member service issues, assist with marketing promotions, and maintain club cleanliness and policy adherence. Provide backup support to the Club Manager and ensure team members are trained on current promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
