Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experiences by training staff, managing front desk tasks, and facilitating member service issues. Handle phone calls, member check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations while providing gym tours to potential members. Support team member management and the Club Manager, maintain cleanliness standards, and manage marketing efforts and inventory. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures while helping create a positive club image.
