Team Lead

Assist in training and developing staff while overseeing member service to ensure positive experiences. Manage front desk tasks including answering calls, processing check-ins and cancellations, and providing gym tours to potential members. Facilitate member service issues, support the Club Manager, and maintain adherence to company policies. Oversee gym cleanliness, manage marketing promotions, and handle supply ordering and inventory tracking. Ensure team members are trained on current marketing efforts and uphold a positive club image.
