Job Summary
Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience by training and developing staff, managing front desk tasks like answering calls, processing check-ins, and providing tours. Facilitate member service issues, assist with team management and backup support to the Club Manager, and maintain adherence to company policies. Manage marketing efforts, order supplies, and track inventory reports while ensuring cleanliness and appearance standards. Help create a positive club image through direct member interactions and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
