Job Summary
Oversee gym operations by training staff, managing member check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations, and handling front desk calls and inquiries. Facilitate member service issues, provide gym tours to potential members, and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining cleanliness and inventory. Assist the Club Manager with team management, marketing promotion awareness, and supply ordering. Ensure all team members are trained on current promotions and maintain a positive club image.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
