Job Summary
Assist in training and developing staff while overseeing member service to ensure positive experiences. Manage front desk operations including answering calls, processing check-ins and cancellations, and conducting member tours. Facilitate member service issues, support the Club Manager with team management, and maintain gym cleanliness and inventory. Track marketing promotions, order supplies, and ensure adherence to all company policies. Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
