Job Summary
Lead phlebotomy collections, specimen processing, and call center duties while coordinating workflows and troubleshooting operational issues. Orient and train new staff, maintain competency files, and assist with personnel matters and SOP development. Manage supply inventory, audit staff performance, and ensure regulatory compliance through data analysis and quality management. Provide technical direction, resolve problems, and develop training content for the interdisciplinary lab team. Work full-time day shifts with on-call rotation, requiring fluency in multiple computer systems and strong communication skills.
